Happy spooking everyone!

Boo! Whilst I was creating some new adverts for magazines this afternoon I couldn't resist making a Halloween image to brighten up, or spook up more like, my blog!

I have to admit we don't really go in for doing anything special on Halloween, this evening I'll probably still be stuck in front of this PC catching up with work I should have finished this afternoon whilst I was playing making this digital image! Whatever you are up to this evening have fun and stay safe. I've always worried about children knocking on strangers doors asking for sweets in the dead of night..I mean that's something they are told NOT to do the rest of year.. right!

    Hi Anice

So pleased to know that you are up and running again. I hope you are feeling much better.

Can't wait to see the new CD. I'm still in love with all of my old ones and using them lots - let alone another one making an appearance!!

We too don't do anything special for Halloween other than buy treats just in case we get callers. The last two years we have ended up with treats that our youngest son has been more than happy to receive because no-one called. The truth is we only buy them "just in case" because we would prefer to give treats away in preference to what could be an egg through our letterbox!

So - back to the important stuff of life - how long do we have to wait for the new CD? Any clues?

    Love
    Jules xx

  3. Great Image Anice, I went to do my weekly shop so havn't had many visitors knocking. My daughter went out with some friends from school and did really well. She and her friend have just had a hot chocolate to warm up and now have gone to bed, as they are totally shattered from all the walking they have done.

Yes I can't wait for the next cd either, when will we get it?

  4. Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love to have new readers coming along!
halloween is such a non-event here in the UK - at least, round this area it is! I haven't seen one house decorated just maybe a few carved pumpkins if the house has kids. We carved some pumpkins and had a few knocks on the door as kids we knew came round - but apart from that - nothing!
last year we did go trick or treating and several houses saw us coming and we could actually see them lock their doors and turn their lights off! ridiculous! all the kids were 8 and under! do stop by my blog again soon - I'm updating a few times a week at the moment.

  5. great image Anice :0)
I am like you, every year my elder two moaned because I wouldn't let them go door to door, abit of the over protective mother and a bit of I don't like begging.
we have a little family party and spoil them in our home instead.

  6. We never 'do' halloween either. I once went trick and treating when I was about 7 years old, as we had friends on an American army base. But that was a long, long, long time ago! Kim
