We ran away for the weekend!

With the new CD very close to launch it's been a bit stressful here at Teapot Studios so, Ian and I slipped away last weekend with our friends Andy and Vic to visit the Isle of Mull for a few days.  We stayed in a fab spa hotel and had a great relax.  I didn't realise how beautiful the island would be but it was, so I thought I'd share a few photos with you here..

Here's me on the ferry from Oban on the way to Mull after a 6 hour drive from Newcastle (yawn!)

The next morning we went for a walk along the beach that we could see out of our hotel room window..

We had a great time looking around castles and generally resting up and then on the last day we drove over to Tobermoray which I am told was were the childrens TV show Balamory was filmed.  The houses were all painted fab colours and we indulged in some wonderful handmade chocolates from a shop there.

We had a great time but, it's back to Teapot Studios now getting on with finishing off the new craft CD Colour Me Happy for launch.  I'll be back with more details of the date when I have them.
